Cookie Policy

Effective Date: December 16, 2025

ManyDial Technologies Ltd (“ManyDial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website, use our Cloud Call Center, or access our API dashboard.

This Cookie Policy explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your rights to control our use of them.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used by software service providers to make their applications work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.

  • First-party cookies: Cookies set by ManyDial directly.
  • Third-party cookies: Cookies set by other parties (e.g., analytics or payment providers) through our site.

2. Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies for several reasons, primarily to keep your call center agents logged in and to secure your account.

A. Essential Cookies (Strictly Necessary)

These cookies are required for the technical operation of our Service. You cannot opt out of these because our software cannot function without them.

  • Authentication: We use cookies to identify you when you log in to the ManyDial Portal or Call Center Agent Dashboard. This ensures you don't have to type your password for every single page load.
  • Security: These cookies help us detect malicious activity and prevent unauthorized access to your API keys and Secret Keys.

B. Functionality Cookies

These cookies enable us to track your preferences to enhance your experience.

  • Language & Region: Remembering your preferred language for the dashboard or your default country code for dialing.
  • Session State: Keeping your “Call Center” iframe active so you don't lose connection to the voice server if you refresh the page.

C. Analytics & Performance Cookies

We use these cookies to collect information about how users interact with our website.

  • Usage Stats: We track which features (e.g., “Auto Dialer” vs. “Broadcast”) are used most frequently to help us improve our infrastructure.
  • Error Reporting: These help us identify bugs if the dashboard crashes or fails to load specific API endpoints.

3. How We Use Cookies in Our Products

The Cloud Call Center (iFrame)

When you embed the ManyDial Call Center into your own website via iframe, we drop a Third-Party Cookie (from manydial.com) to authenticate the specific agent.

  • Why? The iframe needs to know which agent is making calls to correctly attribute billing and logs to your account.
  • Compliance: If you are embedding our dialer, your own website's cookie policy should disclose that you use third-party tools (ManyDial) that may set cookies.

4. Your Control Over Cookies

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies.

  • Browser Controls: You can set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies. If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our website, but access to some functionality (specifically the Call Center Dialer) may be restricted or broken.
  • Dashboard Settings: You can clear your active sessions from the account settings page inside the portal.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please revisit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.
