Developer API Reference

Authentication: Include x-api-key header with your Secret Key in all POST requests.

A. Caller ID Verification API

POST https://api.manydial.com/v1/portal/callerId

Required: ownerName, businessName, email, phone, documents (Base64), address fields, webhook (callerIdRequestHook).

B. Call Automation API

POST https://api.manydial.com/v1/portal/call/dispatch

Key: messages (JSON script), buttons (JSON inputs), deliveryHook.

Webhook returns: userPressed, status, recordingAudioURL (if enabled).

C. Call Center API & iFrame

  • Create Instance: POST /v1/portal/call-center
  • Add Agents: POST /v1/portal/agent-request
  • iFrame Embed: https://callcenter.manydial.com?email=&callerId=

Common API Errors

  • 400
    Missing Fields
    Ensure all required fields are present (e.g., ownerName in Caller ID requests or deliveryHook in Automation calls).
  • 401
    Unauthorized
    Verify that your x-api-key is correct and included in the request header.
  • Invalid Date Format
    Dates must be formatted as YYYY-MM-DD.

Operations Tips

  • SMS Automation
    Set smsEnabled
    When requesting a Caller ID, include smsEnabled: “Yes” if you plan to send SMS via automation flows.
  • Call Recording
    Enable Recording
    In your messages JSON, set recordKey: “Yes” (e.g., record1: “Yes”) to capture audio. The recording URL will be returned in the delivery webhook.
